NVIDIA BEST PAPER AWARD
The best paper prize was awarded to Keenan Crane, Mathieu Desbrun and Peter Schröder for their article Trivial Connections on Discrete Surfaces. The authors received a Quadro FX5800 graphics card of a value of 3500$ offered by NVIDIA.
Two other papers have been awarded:
- 2nd prize: On Discrete Killing Vector Fields and Patterns on Surfaces by Mirela Ben-Chen, Adrian Butscher, Justin Solomon, and Leonidas Guibas,
- 3rd prize: Polygonal Boundary Evaluation of Minkowski Sums and Swept Volumes by Marcel Campen and Leif Kobbelt.
